This year's Fund a Need Goal is $20,000 and includes Three Projects:

1) Upgrade Water Fountains on Campus to Bottle Fill Stations

This also includes the addition of a new drinking station in the Great Hall/Cafe. 9 locations have been identified for upgrade.

2) Risers for the Stage

We will finally be able to see all of their faces of our students and parish choirs for Christmas Programs, Musical Ensembles, Grandparents' Days and Holiday Concerts.

3) More Basketball Hoops

Additional basketball hoops were identified from our faculty as a need for our school students.

A short presentation about Fund a Need will take place during the Virtual Party.

Some answers to our most asked questions this year:

-All auction sections will be closing during the virtual party on April 25th, between 6-9pm. See the above section for a detailed agenda of auction section closings.

-Live auction items are now found in the Premium sections. These are silent auctions this year, but close in smaller groups(Waves)

-Raffles tickets are purchased and a ticket number is created in Givesmart. We will be taking all tickets for each item and randomizing them on random.org to pull our winners and Todd will be announcing live on the virtual party.

-For Pick of the Night, If more than $1,000 in tickets is purchased, then Todd Thomas will be announcing the winner and we will contact the winner after we pull a winner in the 7 o'clock hour before "Premium 1" items close. Do not need to be present, but need to be reachable.

Due to Covid-19, some of the businesses that are featured tonight may be closed at this time. Because it is difficult to touch base right now, we are unsure what the future holds. We hope all businesses will reopen as quickly as possible and that all will be well. However, we are in no place to make guarantees. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I participate in the auction? 

Register online! Click the 'REGISTER NOW' button on the auction homepage and fill out your bidder information. Create a password, check the boxes for terms and conditions and text messages (you will want be notified about items you bid on), and then just click 'Create my GiveSmart account'!

Or, if you already have a GiveSmart account, simply click to register and log into your existing account.

Do I have to use a phone to bid or can I participate using my computer?

You can participate in the auction from a computer, tablet or phone, it's up to you! After you sign in to your GiveSmart account, click "items" to view the auction and start bidding. You can filter these by type of item by clicking the 'categories' button. 

Click the item you'd like to bid on, then enter your bid in the open text field (make sure it is higher than the current minimum amount) and click "Bid". If you have opted in to receive text messages, you will receive a text if you are outbid.  

Can I view items before deciding if I want to bid?

Yes! Starting soon you will be able to click "items" at the top of this page and preview our fabulous auction items.

Will you need my credit card information?

Yes, a credit card number will be required to bid.

I'm not very tech-savvy, will I have a hard time participating? 

We don't think so! The bidding platform is very user-friendly and will walk you through the entire process. If you need help, though, please contact us.

If I win, how will I get my items?

If you win an item in the auction, we will contact you to determine how you will receive your item(s). Some items will qualify to be emailed or mailed to your home, others will require you to schedule a pick up time. Please be patient as pick-up arrangements are dependent upon local COVID-19 restrictions. Thank you for your understanding. If you have a question, please contact us.

What if I can't use my item because of COVID-19?

All sales are considered final, please bid accordingly. If your item is impacted by COVID-19 in a way that makes it unusable, we will work with the donor to extend or replace your winning item, if applicable.

We will do our best, but please remember all bids are donations to the school and parish.
